UK Government has published jet fuel mandate 

 The UK Government follows the ReFuelEU Aviation regulation commencing with a 2% SAF blending mandate on January 1st, 2025. While the EU26 member states have to meet a 6% SAF blending mandate from 2030 onwards, the UK will increase their mandate to 10% from 2030 onwards but will not exceed the blending mandate over 22% for the time being. EU27 member states will further move up to a 70% blending 
mandate in 2050. UK’s 2019 jet fuel demand was 15,433 million cbm / 12,346 million MT and these figures will be reached in 2024 again. The 2% mandate will require 309,000 cbm / 247,000 MT of SAF at UK airports in 2025.
